Note
Convert all fonts to tracings, extend all backgrounds and screen colors to the edge of the cut, then remove any auxiliary lines when using the template. Calculate your final product before uploading the print template.
Print data
PDF templates and design must be at 1:1 scale, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi in PDF format and an indication of colors in Pantone_U. Two maximum printing inks are possible per order. Send us your data as a vector graphic and do not use graphic effects (e.g. gradients of colour, colour fields, transparencies, shadows, 3D effects, etc.). Transform all inscriptions into plots. Avoid font sizes smaller than 8 pts. With two-color printing, tracking fluctuations of up to 2 mm are unavoidable.
Please send the print data to predefined dimensions and remove cut marks or final format frames. Do not use form fields in your print data. We accept no liability for any defective prints due to incorrect print data.

Paper flat handles:
• Reinforced, folded and glued

Twisted and reinforced paper cords:
• Glued, with edge cover and cardboard bottom (on request)

• Colors match the material: brown, white, blue, yellow, green, red or black

• Cardboard reinforcement of 90 x 30 mm and firmly glued base cardboard

Satin polyester ribbons:
• 25 mm width and 50 cm length for hand transport
• Soft, comfortable to wear and reliable against tearing due to the inner knots

Fabric cords with encapsulated ends:
• Four internal knots 6 mm thick, 50 cm long for carrying by hand or 80 cm for shoulder straps

Small bags with 100 x 100 mm bottom:

Choose the ideal format for your shopping trips
Set up paper bags in different sizes before printing them. Depending on the model you choose, you can opt for different widths, heights and depths. Our smallest square paper bag of 100 x 50 x 100 mm is often ordered by jewelry shops or perfumeries.
In 240 x 100 x 340 mm, your customers will have more room for books or stationery. Our largest bags of 540 x 140 x 500 mm can be used as shopping bags with which you can also take clothes or fashion items. We also offer different sizes adapted to each use.
The format corresponds to the finished bag, the dimensions being always in width x depth x height. Be attentive to the visible area and use the PDF template provided by us to create your print data. High quality paper for your bags
For the printing of the bags, we use a printing paper with a grammage of 140 to 240 g/m2 in glossy or matte version. Kraft paper, particularly strong, has a high resistance to tearing and traction thanks to the long cellulose fibers it contains. You can choose between 70 - 200 g/m2 (brown), 100 - 120 g/m2 (ribbed brown) and 70 - 170 g/m2 (white).
Depending on the degree of lignin contained, the color of the paper ranges from white to brown. Due to its open-pore surface, printing inks are more strongly absorbed, which makes the print less bright than on coated paper. Unlike most other papers, it is water-repellent within a certain limit.
We also offer uncoated "eco" paper, such as 185 g/m2 apple-based paper and 200 g/m2 grass-based paper. Apple-based paper contains up to 15% dried apple pomace, which gives the material a cream color and soft touch. Grass-based paper is an ecological alternative, with a proportion of grass fibres that can reach 40%.

Additional remarks
Depending on the further processing, the contact of the material with dry and low-fat food is not a problem. Paper can be recycled and composted. Grass-based paper does not contain allergens, which makes it safe for allergy sufferers. The natural colouring of paper, especially apple and grass based papers, can vary from batch to batch which also influences the printed colours.
