Please always adapt your data to the size of the print or embroidery area and place the pattern in this area. Send us a file per print pattern. You will find more information below, in the data sheet.
Convert all fonts to tracings, extend all backgrounds and screen colors to the edge of the cut, then remove any auxiliary lines when using the template. Calculate your final product before uploading the print template.
The print area is located at the top of the ankle, to the left and right of each sock. For technical reasons of production, it is possible that the color breaks and white flashes appear after wearing the socks.
Washing instructions: Wash your socks at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent. Avoid softeners and bleach to preserve the material and enjoy your socks longer.
Print data
Please send the print data in the predefined dimensions and remove the cut marks or final format frames. Do not use form fields in your print data. We disclaim any liability for possibly defective prints due to incorrect print data.
Fonts must be vectorized to ensure optimal print quality. The minimum character height for lowercase letters is 2.5 mm. The minimum line thickness for positive elements should be 0.5 pt (0.18 mm) and for negative elements 0.7 pt (0.25 mm). The resolution of the graphics in pixels must be 300 dpi.
Comfortable tennis socks with your patterns
Our tennis socks are available in two sizes (37-40 and 41-45) and are made from a blend of soft, stretchy materials composed of 55 polyester, 45 cotton and 5 spandex. The cotton content is higher in the foot area, which reduces sweating.
Synthetic fibers predominate in the ankle and heel area, offering better padding and increased comfort. For better durability, wash your printed tennis socks at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees, in gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
Your patterns are perfectly visible on the socks
A print area of 5 x 7 centimeters is available on the left and right above the ankle. You have enough space to print your logo, slogan or graphic on tennis socks. The placement of the printed pattern ensures that it will be clearly visible when the socks are worn.
A proven process for long-lasting printing
To print your tennis socks, we use the sublimation printing process, known for its efficiency. The printing inks deeply penetrate the fibers of the fabric, ensuring robust and resistant printing with intense colors. Thanks to the CMYK process used, you have a lot of freedom in the choice of the pattern and can also print photos or other multicolored graphics on your tennis socks.
Printing is possible from a single pair of socks. You can also order up to 250 pairs of printed socks. Large quantities are ideal for events and giveaways at trade shows.
