However, a personalized pencil is a very practical advertising medium that can be used daily. Note
Convert all fonts to tracings, extend all backgrounds and screen colors to the edge of the cut, then remove any auxiliary lines when using the template. Calculate your final product before uploading the print template.
Print data
Minimum resolution of 300 dpi in PDF or TIFF format. Set the data to CMYK color mode with a special color channel for decorative or special colors. Use exclusively the ink profile "ISO Coated v2 (Fogra 39 L)" for printing paper and "PSO Uncoated ISO12647 (Fogra 47L)" for offset or recycled paper.
The minimum font size is 6 pts for positive characters and 8 pts for negative characters. The minimum line thickness is 1 pt for positive lines and 1.5 pt for negative lines. Convert all fonts to tracings. As much as possible, avoid using serif fonts because the serifs may come off. Note that the white must be printed as a subprint on colored materials to avoid color distortion. Prints on natural wood may have slight overspills due to the grain of the wood.
Please send the print data in the predefined dimensions and remove cut marks or final format frames. Do not use form fields in your print data. We disclaim any liability for possibly defective prints due to incorrect print data.

Customization of the pencil body
A surface of 70 mm x 3 mm is available on the pencil body to print your slogans, sayings, messages, addresses or other texts. Thanks to the modernity of our printing machines, even small graphics can be added. Ensure that your drawings or texts are clearly identifiable and readable on this small format when creating your file.

A quality advertising pencil with an eraser
We print your messages and logos on quality pencils with a natural wood color finish and an HB mine. Suitable for various uses, from drawing to writing and shading large areas, these pencils have a classic hexagonal shape, practical and popular. Your printed products will be delivered uncut and measure 190 mm x 7 mm.
Various printing options for maximum creative freedom
We use black inks or spot colors for printing. You can also have your texts printed in white, red, gold or in another color. Black, white or other colors are used as standard.
