Many people use almost exclusively personalized ballpoint pens when they have to write something. Note
Convert all fonts to paths, extend all screen backgrounds and colors to the edge of the crop, then remove all auxiliary lines when using the template. Calculate the final product before downloading the print template.
Print Data
Minimum resolution of 300 dpi in PDF or TIFF format. Please set the data in CMYK color mode with a special color channel for decorative or special colors. Only use the ink profile "ISO Coated v2 (Fogra 39 L)" for printing paper and "PSO Uncoated ISO12647 (Fogra 47L)" for offset or recycled paper.
The data must be in PDF format and sent exclusively in the form of carriers. The minimum font size is 6 pt for positive characters and 8 pt for negative characters. The minimum line thickness is 1 pt for positive lines and 1,5 pt for negative lines. Please convert all entries to tracks. If possible, avoid using screen-printed characters as they may disappear. The colours must be homogeneous and clearly indicated, for example «Pantone 877C». The tonal value should be 100%. On coloured materials it is necessary to print a white background in order to avoid alterations of the colours of the elements to be printed. Colored textures, halftones or raster images cannot be transposed. Transparencies are not usable.
Please send the print data in the default size and delete the cut-out guides or final format frames. Do not use form-type fields in print data. We assume no liability for any print defects due to incorrect printing data.
5/0 colours CMYK + white:
The minimum font size is 6 pt for positive characters and 8 pt for negative characters. The minimum line thickness is 1 pt for positive lines and 1.5 pt for negative lines. Please convert all fonts into dashes. Avoid using fonts with gradations as much as possible, because they could disappear. Please note that the white must be printed in underlay on the colored materials to avoid distortion of the colors of the elements to be printed. Prints on natural wood may have slight overflows due to the grain of the wood.

Rotating ball pen "Freezy"
This 140mm long ballpoint pen holds well in your hand and has a simple rotation mechanism to open it. Made of high quality plastic with enamel finish, it is available in ten different colors: red, purple, magenta, blue, dark blue, light green, yellow, orange and transparent. In this way you can design the product according to your target group or your company. The writing paste contained in the mine complies with the current ISO standard. The silver writing tip with tungsten carbide ball allows a fluid writing. The blue mine resists over 1,500 meters of writing.
Wooden ballpoint pen "Black Forest"
This round wooden ball pen 140 mm long is equipped with a button mechanism. Thanks to the nickel-plated metal clip, it easily attaches to a shirt pocket or a document. The body of the pen is made of PEFC certified beech wood, which offers a natural and attractive appearance. The B-Force Grip allows for smooth and scratch-free writing, ideal for taking notes quickly.
Wooden ballpoint pen "Beech"
The special feature of this 145 mm long round and matt wood ballpoint pen lies in its wooden body and PEFC-certified beech wood insert. The shiny chrome metal tip and clip give it an elegant look. The large-capacity mine offers a writing autonomy of 4,000 metres. Thanks to the majolica tip and the 1.0 mm tungsten carbide ball, writing is pleasant.
Retractable ballpoint pen "Bamboo"
The body of this round ball pen 140 mm long is made of matt lacquered bamboo wood. The clip, button and tip are made of chrome-plated metal. The black lead provides a smooth writing experience.
Retractable ballpoint pen "Classic"
This high quality retractable ballpoint pen is available with a white or black plastic tube. The heavy metal button creates a pleasant tactile experience. Thanks to the maillechort tip and 1.0 mm tungsten carbide ball, writing is soft with this pen. The pen’s mine, 150 millimetres long, offers an autonomy of about 4,000 metres.

High quality writing tools with custom printing
We offer three customizable ballpoint pen models: Simply, Silversurfer and Touchscreen. Each of the pens is mainly made of plastic, measures about 14 cm and works with a snap mechanism to store the tip. Modern, the rubberized tip of the touchscreen ballpoint pen allows you to use the pen on all touch screens. The three versions offer an ergonomic shape for easy handling when writing. The Simply and Touchscreen ballpoint pens come with an X-20 blue refill, while the Silversurfer comes with a large blue ink cartridge.
Thanks to a practical clip, each ballpoint pen can be fixed on a shirt or jacket pocket.

Touch screen: blue, red and anthracite
Here’s how pens are printed
We use white, black and special Pantone colors for printing. We print with only one color at a time. If you choose special colors, we recommend strong and bright shades. It is essential that the colour selection for printing is clearly defined and that the colorimetry is 100%, for example «Pantone 295 C». Therefore, semi-colorimetry and color shades are not suitable for printing on custom pens. Printing transparent surfaces is not available. With the CMYK four-colour process, you are free to choose your graphics. From photo to logo, slogan, we can print almost everything on your Silversurfer ballpoint pen.
When you create the print file, make sure that the data is in PDF format. To achieve the best possible print result, the lines must be at least 0.2 mm thick and the text must be converted into a vector path. Make sure that the font height is at least 1 mm. We advise you to avoid characters with a notch, because they often do not appear correctly on printed ballpoint pens.
