Note
Convert all fonts to tracings, extend all backgrounds and screen colors to the edge of the cut, then remove any auxiliary lines when using the template. Calculate your final product before uploading the print template.

Send the print data to predefined dimensions and remove cut marks or final format frames. Do not use form fields in your print data. We accept no liability for any defective prints due to incorrect print data.

Printing area of the windshield squeegees
With dimensions of 114 mm x 101 mm x 3 mm (triangular shape) and 120 mm x 120 mm x 4 mm (trapezoidal shape), these two tools hold very well in the hand. The printing area of the triangular scraper is also an equilateral triangle, with a side length of 60 mm or 92 mm (only white scraper + CMYK). The trapezoidal model has a more rectangular printing surface, with dimensions of 45 mm x 70 mm or 114 mm x 115 mm (only white scraper + CMYK).

Squeegee for windshield customized with your graphics
For printing, we use trapezoidal or triangular shaped ice scrapers made of robust polystyrene, available in blue, white and red. One side has a jagged edge for the ice crusts, while the other side has an edge to scrape off the frost. The trapezoidal scraper is also equipped with a rubber lip to wipe water from your car windows.
Optimal print quality thanks to modern processes
We can customize windshield squeegees with black ink or spot colors. You can also select CMYK printing from the setup menu, which allows using a wide range of colors to print photos on your scraper. When choosing colors, be sure to consider the background color of your printed products. For example, a light blue text on a white scraper would be difficult to read.
