Always adapt your data to the size of the print or embroidery area and place the pattern in this area. Send us a file per print pattern. You will find more information below, in the data sheet.
Convert all fonts to tracings, extend all backgrounds and screen colors to the edge of the cut, then remove any auxiliary lines when using the template. Calculate your final product before uploading the print template.
Print data
Please send the print data to predefined dimensions and remove cut marks or final format frames. Do not use form fields in your print data. We accept no liability for any defective prints due to incorrect print data.
Fonts must be vectorized to ensure optimal print quality. The minimum character height for lowercase is 2.5 mm. The minimum line thickness for positive elements should be 0.5 pt (0.18 mm), while that of lines for negative elements should be 0.7 pt (0.25 mm). The resolution for pixel graphics must be 300 dpi.

Fine neckbands for adults and children with your patterns
Our scarves are available in two sizes: the adult version measures 270 x 510 millimetres, while the children’s version measures 250 x 520 millimetres. They are made of high quality microfiber with a density of 130 g/m 2. This material is thermally insulating, breathable and quick-drying, making them ideal for year-round use.
The basic color of the scarves is white, but you can draw your patterns on the entire surface of each tubular scarf, taking into account the 10 mm bleed margin.
Patterns are printed on both sides in the same color, using the sublimation technique in the CMYK color spectrum. This printing process is ideal for textiles, because the color penetrates deeply into the fibers under the effect of pressure and heat, thus increasing the life of the print. Four-colour process offers complete freedom in the choice of motifs, allowing photos, graphics or colours to be applied over the entire surface of microfibre neck loops with high brightness and depth of colour.
What to know when printing on neck loops
To ensure that texts or slogans are clearly legible, use a minimum font height of 2.5 millimetres for lowercase letters. Graphics must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi to ensure quality printing. The stroke width of selected fonts must be at least 0.5 pt for a light background (positive) and at least 0.7 pt for a dark background (negative). It is preferable to provide the printed graphics in PDF format.
The printed neck loops are machine washable
Your printed scarves can be cleaned easily in the washing machine at 60°C. Even heavy soiling or germs can be removed effectively with a conventional detergent.
