Customize your sun loungers to make the outdoor areas of your hotel, pool or beach bar even more attractive. We print the design of your choice on the fabric, including your company logo or a summer design for your customers. These custom lounge chairs are also perfect promotional gifts and merchandising items ideal for breweries and other catering establishments. Note
Convert all fonts to tracings, extend all backgrounds and screen colors to the edge of the cut, then remove any auxiliary lines when using the template. Calculate your final product before uploading the print template.
Print data
The files must be at least 150 dpi in PDF, JPEG or TIFF format, in CMYK color mode. Do not use any background or special colors. To set your print data, preferably use the provided PDF template. Do not place important graphics or text outside the visible part and extend all background images and colors in the non-visible part until the entire format is filled. Then delete all the help lines.
We are not responsible for any poor print results due to other print data.
Please send the print data in the predefined dimensions and remove the cut marks or final format frames. Do not use form fields in your print data. We disclaim any liability for possibly defective prints due to incorrect print data.

Three practical formats for printing deckchairs
Our simple wooden deckchair offers a comfortable sleeping surface of 990 x 420 mm. The sturdy slats are 30 x 20 mm thick. When folded, it measures 1 380 x 590 mm and weighs 4 kg, making it easy to handle.
Thanks to its armrests, the wooden model offers more comfort. Once folded, it is slightly larger with its 1 380 x 690 mm. With a sleeping area of 970 x 400 mm and a thickness of the bars of 30 x 22 mm, this lounge chair weighs about 5 kg.
Our 4kg aluminium lounge chair measures 1,320 x 520 mm when folded. Unfolded, it offers a large sleeping surface of 1 100 x 400 mm, ideal for printing your advertising messages.
Three variants of quality deckchairs for your creations
We offer three quality deckchairs at Print & Graphics. The classic is the foldable chaise longue with a beech wood frame and a light polyester fabric. It mounts quickly and creates a real summer atmosphere. The version with armrests offers more comfort and also has a cup holder for fresh drinks, perfect for an outdoor cinema or an outdoor bar.
The aluminum deckchair is particularly robust and light. Thanks to the use of aluminum, this chaise longue is very resistant to bad weather.
All variants have a maximum load capacity of 110 kg.
Natural shade, dark brown, aluminum or black look
The beech wood of our deckchairs offers a natural look. Lacquered in dark brown, they fit perfectly into your outdoor space. For the aluminum deckchairs, you have the choice between a silver-tone aluminum model or a model with elegantly lacquered slats in black.
All the armchairs we print come with a robust and comfortable fabric cover, made of strong polyester 310 g/m 2, ISO certified. You can change the fabric of the cover if necessary.
Many possibilities thanks to digital printing
We print the sleeping surface of your deckchairs using a modern digital printing process. The polyester material is printed on one side by indirect digital printing or sublimation. You are free to choose your own design, including photos.
For the wooden chaise longue without armrests, a printing area of 1 350 x 470 mm is available. However, when creating your print file, remember that the visible area is 990 x 420 mm.
In the version with armrests, use the format 1 250 x 450 mm for the print file. Your advertising pattern will then be visible on a surface of 970 x 400 mm.
In full-surface digital printing, we print on a surface of 1 320 x 450 mm for the aluminum chaise longue. The visible surface is 1 100 x 400 mm, leaving enough space for your logo or slogan.
