If you want to customize your transport boxes, Print & Graphics offers you the possibility to choose different formats as well as printing and finishing options in proven CMYK four-colour. All you need is a print file to set up your online order. Our team will handle the printing of up to 50,000 copies, or 500,000 boxes, in 10 different versions per order.

Note
Please convert all fonts to plots, extend all backgrounds and screen colors to the edge of the plot, and then remove any auxiliary lines when using the template. Calculate your final product before uploading the print template.
Print data
PDF templates and design are included in 1:1 scale. Resolution of at least 300 dpi in PDF, JPEG or TIFF in CMYK color mode. Please do not use any decorative or special colors. To create your print data, use the available PDF template. Convert all fonts to tracings, extend all screen backgrounds and colors at least to the bleed, preferably beyond, in order to fill the entire rectangular format of the pre-cut. With the exception of bleed, the glue tabs must remain colorless. Finally, remove all auxiliary lines.
Please send the print data in the predefined dimensions and remove the cut marks or final format frames. Do not use form fields in your print data. We disclaim any liability for potentially defective prints due to wrong print data.

The perfect format for your transport boxes
The dimensions of our smallest version of boxes are 180 x 60 x 220 mm. Two larger formats are also available: 250 x 100 x 220 mm and 250 x 100 x 320 mm. If you know the dimensions of your products, simply select the corresponding format in the configuration menu. When creating the print file, don’t forget to add a 2mm bleed and we recommend using only our PDF template to avoid any later printing problem.
Optimal strength thanks to the chromocarton
With a grammage of 300 g/m2 to 350 g/m 2, the double-sided chromocarton we use for your folding boxes is particularly rigid and thick. This makes your boxes very strong and sturdy.
Classic four-color process
We print all our folding cartons with the recognized process of CMYK four-color printing. This process offers you the widest possible range of colors. Thus, intricate photos or illustrations can be printed on the cardboard while maintaining the same printing quality as large areas of color. Each time, only the outer recto part of the cardboard is printed.
Processing after printing
After printing, we perforate, fold (flat) and glue the handle onto your boxes. We only glue one side and your boxes are delivered unfolded. This packaging is particularly easy to assemble thanks to its "semi-automatic" bottom. As soon as the box is placed vertically, its base automatically takes shape.
Your printing options: for better quality
To give a more elegant and better quality appearance, you can add finishes on the outside of your folding boxes by choosing a coating alone or combined with a UV spot varnish. By coating with a light plastic film, you have the choice between three different versions: a shiny finish that makes the surface smooth and bright, a "soft-touch" finish that offers a pleasant texture to the touch.
Matte lamination, on the other hand, provides extra strength by making the surface of your box resistant to scratches. You can create additional highlights by combining the gloss coating with a UV spot varnish. If you choose the matte or "soft-touch" coating, one side will be coated, while the other will be treated with UV spot varnish.
